Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - hospice care

Licensed Practicing Nurse

WorkFit Medical Staffing, PLLC is seeking Licensed Practicing Nurses with hospice care experience for per diem needs on all shifts. We are partnered with an exceptional long-term care facility to provide end of life care to remarkable residents. This is a rewarding job, with amazing leadership and you can select a comfortable schedule and work with a great team on a historical campus.

Pay rate: $42 - $45 hourly

Hours of the Licensed Practicing Nurse: DAYS/EVES/NIGHTS

Professional Proficiency Demonstrated by the Licensed Practicing Nurse:

Maintains professional competencies and cares for terminal patients
Assists DON and RN supervisor with care plans and updates medical records, relay all communication in a punctual time frame while on duty
Helps aides with lifting patients
Maintains friendly and caring environment

Education & Experience & Licenses and/or Certifications:

Graduate with a license of Licensed Practicing Nurse (LPN) to practice in New York State.
CPR/BLS - AHA preferred
Physical within a year w/ PPD or alternative
Clear NYS LPN license
