Job Duties

• Control traffic using signs and hand signals
• Maintain safe work zones for crews and pedestrians
• Set up and break down traffic control equipment
• Follow safety guidelines at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Reliable, alert, and safety‑minded
• Able to stand for long periods
• Valid driver’s license required

Schedule & Pay

• $16/hour
• Early morning starts (typically 6:00 AM )
• Monday–Friday with frequent overtime

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
