Local CDL Class A Driver - Amazon Freight Partner

Rhodes On Roads LLC is hiring motivated and professional CDL Class A Drivers for local routes based out of Sumner, WA . As an Amazon Freight Partner, we provide consistent freight, modern equipment, and a driver-focused work environment.

This is a local position with guaranteed home time after every shift.

Pay and Schedule

• Earn $55,000 - $75,000 per year
• Hourly pay: $25 - $27/hour based on experience and safety record
• Full-time schedule with possible 3 consecutive 13-hour shifts
• Optional overtime when available on a 4th day
• Guaranteed 13-hour pay, even if routes finish early

Position Details

• Local routes averaging 200-450 miles roundtrip
• Home daily
• 100% drop-and-hook freight
• Drive 2022 CNG tractors equipped with advanced safety and driver-assist technology
• On-site fueling available

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 23 years old
• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record:
• Less than 3 incidents in the last 3 years
• No serious violations in the last 5 years
• Must pass:
• DOT Physical
• Drug Test
• Background Check
• Ability to operate GPS and smartphone applications
• Must be flexible with day, night, weekend, and holiday scheduling
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
