Supply Chain Analyst

Residential Equipment Purchasing ManagerThis position will report into the Residential Equipment Purchasing Department.Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage purchase orders for residential equipment.Maintain balanced inventory while staying within a given budget across 21 warehouses companywide for assigned product families.Analyze sales trends, historical data, and seasonal demand to develop accurate forecasting and replenishment plansDevelop and maintain strong vendor relationshipsEvaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savingsCoordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and processing of inbound shipmentsResolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, invoices, and deliveriesMaintain accurate records in the ERP systemGenerate and review purchasing and inventory reports for management reviewSupport sales staff with product availability, lead time, and sourcing inquiriesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in supply chain or businessPrior purchasing, procurement, or inventory planning experience preferredAnalytical thought processingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to negotiateERP / MRP Experience preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityTeam player with the ability to collaborate across departments
