Pega Lead Systems Architect at Tata Consultancy Services . Join to apply for this role and be among the first 25 applicants. Responsibilities Work on multiple projects to provide technical leadership on PEGA project implementation. Help enable PEGA experts to the next level by mentoring and delivering training sessions. Qualifications Certified LSA. Minimum 10+ years of experience implementing PEGA projects. Experience in designing and architecting PEGA solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively. Ability to engage with customer SME/Architect and understand pain points and project requirements. Experience creating functional designs, constructing class hierarchies and object models, and defining test strategies. Design and architect PEGA solutions for customer problems. Help create road maps for projects. Hands‑on consulting mindset. Experience with the latest versions of Pega (Infinity 24.x). Experience developing applications using Pega Constellation. Experience with Pega upgrades. Experience migrating Pega applications from on‑prem to cloud (Pega or self‑managed cloud environments) is a plus. Leadership of mid‑size to large technical teams. Technical leadership across multiple PEGA project implementations. Compensation Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000 per year. Benefits Discretionary annual incentive.
