Quality Inspector I -3rd ShiftVolt is immediately hiring for Quality Technician 3rd shift in Sun Valley, CA!As a Final Inspector, you will:Ensure products comply with customer and specification inspection criteria.Work alongside a team of inspectors to thoroughly inspect and verify product compliance.Work closely with the lead and/or supervisor on all final inspections.Follow priority-based job selection for takedown and inspection.Prevent "metal to metal" contact to avoid scratches on finished products.Verify that plated products meet customer and specification inspection criteria.Notify the lead or supervisor of any rejected parts for review and disposition.Perform microscope magnification as needed.Accurately complete documentationThis is a full time 3rd Shift Opportunity Hours are Monday to Friday 9pm to 5:30am OT is a must including some weekendsThe Ideal Candidate will have:Basic ability to read drawings..Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Flexibility to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Professional demeanor with respectful and positive communication.Prior inspection experience in aerospace or manufacturing industries is a plus.Pay is $18.47/hr*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
