Pay & Benefits

• Pay packages discussed upon application
• Annual Salary Range: $136,822 $179,379 (based on experience)
• Additional Compensation: Up to $10,000 annually through QVIP
• Relocation bonus: Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates

What You ll Do

• Provide advanced overnight coverage for trauma and acute care surgery patients
• Perform assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Support trauma surgeons with procedures and patient management
• Manage trauma/emergency general surgery patients in inpatient settings
• Document all care accurately using Epic EMR
• Ensure compliance with medical staff bylaws and privileges
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and care quality
• Participate in mentorship, leadership, and ongoing education activities

What You Need

• Colorado license or eligibility to practice
• Minimum 2 years of trauma surgery or acute care experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• ACLS/BLS certifications
