Lead engagement teams, work directly with clients, mentor team members, and build a personal brand as a leader in your field. Key Responsibilities Lead engagement teams on reserving, actuarial opinion, and regulatory services. Drive ratemaking analytics and services. Redesign actuarial processes and integrate software solutions. Apply predictive analytics and data visualization. Provide market strategy advice and reinsurance analysis. Deliver ad hoc financial reporting advice. Skills and Attributes for Success Build strong client relationships and consistently deliver high-quality services. Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed. Stay abreast of business, regulatory, and industry trends relevant to the client. Qualifications Associate’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in an actuarial position. Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) or actively pursuing associate status with a minimum of 5 exams passed. 2 years of experience with Excel, SAS, VBA, and/or C++. Strong writing, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and persuade on complex subjects verbally and in writing. Experience working in a team environment on project-based work. Ideal Experience 2 years of experience with R, Python, or other relevant programming languages. Previous consulting experience or experience implementing new processes in a corporate environment.
