Strategic Program ManagerThis role involves leading the planning, governance, execution, and performance of multiple strategic business programs and initiatives. The position requires partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategy into coordinated roadmaps and measurable outcomes. The focus is on strategic program leadership, operational execution, stakeholder alignment, and organizational change.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a portfolio of multiple, large, and complex business programs, initiatives, and projects.Translate business strategy into integrated program roadmaps, workstreams, and implementation plans.Establish and maintain program governance, including charters, roles, and decision forums.Partner with senior leaders and business owners to define program objectives, scope, and success measures.Drive alignment across business units by facilitating planning sessions and resolving competing priorities.Manage programs from intake and prioritization through planning, execution, and benefits realization.Develop and coordinate integrated work plans, schedules, resources, and budgets.Monitor program performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to leadership.Identify, assess, and mitigate strategic, operational, and delivery risks.Prepare concise executive-level program updates and recommendations.Manage stakeholder engagement and communications to build shared understanding and accountability.Lead business readiness and change management activities.Required QualificationsExtensive experience leading multiple strategic business programs and projects in complex, cross-functional environments.Significant experience translating strategy into executable roadmaps, integrated plans, and governance structures.Expert program and project management skills, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget management.Extensive experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment.Significant experience establishing program governance and executive reporting.Demonstrated experience leading business transformation, operational improvement, and organizational change.Expert ability to manage competing priorities and ambiguity across multiple programs.Expert analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.Expert verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Strategy, Operations, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.Preferred QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.Experience with strategic planning, portfolio management, or enterprise-wide initiatives.Change management certification or demonstrated experience with structured change management practices.Working knowledge of industry regulations, principles, and practices.
