We are seeking Office Associates who will serve as the front-office receptionist in greeting, directing, or providing information to members of the public both in person and over the phone. This is a short-term assignment, and work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Duties:

• Answer any phone calls or in person office visitors during business hours, uphold a professional manner and positive greeting at the front desk or over the phone.
• Respond to any messages left after hours, take and route messages for employees and board members, answer inquiries regarding service provided, and directs callers or visitors to the appropriate resource or individual for inquiries
• Day to day administrative tasks including data input, filing, typing, sorting/organization of papers, printing reports, etc.
• Accept monies for fees, entries, or any other related fees and taxes, accept entry forms, maintain online entries program, and collect money from concession spaces, marketing booth spaces, parking, and campers
• Produce labels and forms, orders awards, certificates, ads, flyers, posters, and other materials as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Must have High school Diploma or GED
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Quick Books, Outlook, email platforms, along with the willingness to learn necessary programs related to the position
• Must have the ability to pay extreme attention to detail 
• Must have strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills 
• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work with all committees and departments is mandatory
• Must be able to maintain a clean and professional office area
• Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
