The ideal candidate will lead a team of welders, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project deadlines.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate welding operations on-site, managing a team of welders.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Oversee welding procedures, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project specifications.Conduct inspections and quality checks on welded components.Train and mentor welding staff, providing guidance on techniques and best practices.Coordinate with project managers to schedule work assignments and meet project deadlines.Maintain inventory of welding supplies and equipment, coordinating procurement as needed.Troubleshoot issues and provide technical expertise to resolve welding-related problems.Requirements:Proven experience in welding and in a supervisory or managerial role.Proficiency in various welding techniques and equipment.Strong knowledge of safety protocols and welding standards.Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
