We are searching for a safety conscious individual to join our team of people who want to be the best at what they do, who think just "good" is never good enough, who take pride in their work and want to work with others who feel the same way.We are seeking a team player willing to work in a collaborative environment and enthusiastic about continuous improvement.Primary ResponsibilitiesObserve load hookup and verify safety of load before lifting.Operate crane controls to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement according to written, verbal, or signal instructions.Clean and maintain crane and hoisting mechanisms.Inspect cranes for defective parts and report issues or malfunctions to supervisor.Attach loads to hooks or other crane accessories prior to operation, as needed.Ensure compliance with all site safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.QualificationsMinimum 4 years of industrial crane experience.Crane operator certification: NCCCO TLL and TSS or NCCER Equivalent (Required).Valid driver's license (Required)Experience with Fixed Cab Cranes (e.g., Broderson, Grove, Dresser, Gallon).Experience with Swing Cab Cranes (e.g., Tadano, Terex, Grove) up to 165 Ton.Physical RequirementsSelected candidates must be able to complete the following physical functions including but not limited to climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and other repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodation.
