No roofing or sales experience is required. We'll provide the training and support you need to get started.This is a people-focused, outdoor role where you'll connect with homeowners in local neighborhoods and help schedule complimentary exterior inspections with our team.What You'll DoVisit designated neighborhoods with the Rose team.Have friendly, professional conversations with homeowners.Let homeowners know about complimentary exterior inspections available in their area.Help schedule interested homeowners with a member of our sales team.Learn the fundamentals of communication, customer interaction, and field sales.What the Role Does Not RequireYou won't be climbing roofs or carrying ladders. Your role is focused on starting conversations and creating opportunities for our sales team.Pay & ScheduleHourly plus performance-based bonuses.Paid weekly.Full-time and part-time opportunities available.Flexible scheduling.Typical field hours vary by season and local team needs.TransportationA driver's license and personal vehicle are not required for this role but highly recommended.Team transportation/carpooling is available in many areas. You will need to be able to get to the designated meeting location for your local team.
