The Finance Manager is responsible for coordinating the sale of finance and insurance programs to customers, and works with lenders and financial institutions to provide financial services to dealership customers. Full-Time Benefits Flexible work schedule - 5 day work week Hyundai product training and ongoing training with Spitzer University Opportunities for advancement inside the organization 401K with a 5% employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off - 80 hours after 1 year of service Paid uniforms, name badges and business cards Employee assistance program Voluntary benefits including life insurance, short and long-term disability, accident coverage, hospital indemnity, company-paid life insurance with medical coverage and HSA with employer contribution Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sell financing and insurance to customers Achieve and grow financial services goals and objectives Review customer credit applications Offer extended service contracts and owner protection programs Assess profitability of financing arrangements for the dealership Use the menu selling process Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards Ensure compliance with all laws and regulatory obligations related to financial services and products, including Red Flag standards Comply with Safeguard and Transaction compliance rules and regulations Ensure all organizational activities and operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations Oversee completion and submission of all financing documents Act as liaison between the customer and the lending institution Adhere to F&I reporting requirements of the company Attend weekly manager meetings Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and assist in bridging disconnects in the sales process Build rapport with customers to create a base of referrals and present finance and product options Meet monthly objectives Collaborate with service advisors to address customer inquiries regarding warranty and service contracts Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and benefits of dealership financing and extended service programs Perform other related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications At least 2 years of dealership experience Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships Strong computer skills Ability to present a proper menu presentation Provide desk support when needed and work with management team Communicate with local and national bankers and manufacturer representatives Understand tag and title laws; DMV Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment Successfully complete background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screening Valid driver’s license with good driving record Must be authorized to work in the United States Acceptance Statement Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
