Requirements:

• Valid RN license (WA or Compact) required at the time of submission.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience.
• Urology background required.
• Epic charting experience required.
• Preferred prior settings: ER, pre/post-op, day surgery/ambulatory; home health experience is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to adult patients in an outpatient urology clinic.
• Perform procedures such as Foley catheter insertion and management, catheter exchanges, and urinary testing.
• Conduct patient triage and telephone triage as necessary.
• Provide patient education and self-catheterization training.
• Assist with intravesical BCG administration and basic dressing changes.

• References: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years are required.
• Local candidates are accepted within a 50-mile radius at a lower rate.
