We’re hiring a dependable CNC Operator / Cabinet Manufacturing Technician to join a growing custom cabinet and millwork shop. This position is ideal for someone with experience operating CNC equipment in a woodworking, cabinet, millwork, or manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC routers and woodworking machinery
• Load programs, materials, and tooling for production runs
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and cut sheets
• Measure and verify parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Cut and machine cabinet components, panels, and custom parts
• Make basic machine adjustments and tool changes as needed
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, dimensions, and quality
• Troubleshoot minor CNC or machining issues
• Assist with cabinet assembly and other shop work as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We’re Looking For

• Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred
• Cabinet, millwork, woodworking, or similar manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
• Comfortable using measuring tools, including tape measures and calipers
• Experience with CNC routers, saws, drills, and other shop equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with CNC programs
• Mechanically inclined with good troubleshooting skills
• Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Stand and work on your feet for most of the shift
• Regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Bend, reach, lift, and handle sheet goods and cabinet components
• Work safely in a manufacturing environment with dust and noise

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Monday–Friday
• Overtime available based on workload
