Currently, we have a Core Processing Specialist opportunity with a company where you'd get to make a real difference, helping educators and school communities with financial wellness. This is a temp to hire and will go permanent for the right fit.

Core Processing Specialist responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:

• Performing daily operational tasks related to ACH and ATM.
• Assisting with monitoring and escalating alerts from ECSFCU's Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) application.
• Promptly responding to members' requests, problems, and complaints through various member service channels; researching solutions and providing assistance to other member service staff.
• Developing general Symitar core system knowledge related to batch job creation, system parameters, letter/help file maintenance, and new user/workstation setup.
• Creating and maintaining up-to-date procedures for processes related to all aspects of data processing, including ACH, share drafts, and card services.

Required qualifications for the position include :

• General understanding of the Symitar database structure and member transaction processing.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications for the position include :

• General proficiency in PowerOn programming, including creating new reports, basic automated file maintenance specfiles, and editing forms.
• Knowledge and proficiency in administering the Synergy imaging system, with the ability to create users, manage workstations, and create new document types with appropriate indexing fields.

Pay Rate Range : $20.00-- $31.00 an hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
