Location: Enterprise, AL 36330 Organization: Enterprise Family YMCA, Association YMCA of Greater Montgomery Employment Type: Part Time Position Overview The Enterprise Family YMCA, part of the Association YMCA of Greater Montgomery, is seeking a motivated and organized Program Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our community programs. This part-time position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of YMCA programs and providing excellent service to our members and participants. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of YMCA programs and activities. Provide administrative support including data entry, record keeping, and scheduling. Communicate effectively with program participants, parents, and staff to ensure program success. Support program registration and maintain accurate participant records. Help coordinate program logistics such as facility setup, materials preparation, and volunteer coordination. Assist in promoting YMCA programs through various communication channels. Ensure compliance with YMCA policies and safety standards. Qualifications Previous experience as a Program Assistant or in a similar role preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with database management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
