Summary of Job Duties

Mowing, weed eating, edging sidewalks, working on sprinkler systems, moving furniture, removing trash, setting up for events and other tasks as assigned. Will work in all weather conditions and on call at all times in case of emergencies.

Qualifications

Must be able to operate equipment such as tractors, backhoes, zero turn mowers, chainsaws, blowers, trimmers and vehicles. Must have a driver's license. Must be able to diagnose equipment to troubleshoot potential problems and make repairs as needed. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be willing to work in all weather conditions.

Salary Information: $23,086
