Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Up to $35.00/hour
Are you a LPN nurse who is tired of the same old nursing home routine? We are taking a very fresh approach to skilled nursing. We have 12 hour day and overnight shifts avaiable. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)Job Description:
- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include; Medication Administration, including IVs.Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs
