Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Up to $35.00/hour

Are you a LPN nurse who is tired of the same old nursing home routine? We are taking a very fresh approach to skilled nursing. We have 12 hour day and overnight shifts avaiable. Salary: Up to $35.00/hour

Shifts available: Day Shift, Night Shift.

Full time and part time positions available. 

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)Job Description:

  • Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include; Medication Administration, including IVs.Taking and recording vital signs.
  • Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
  • Provide resident and family education.
  • Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
  • Supervising CNAs


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current Tennessee License-LPN
