Environment, Health and Safety Manager

A growing and globally backed equipment manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety initiatives across multiple sites.

This is a high-priority, high-impact role where you’ll have the opportunity to build and standardize EHS programs while partnering closely with operations leadership in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and standardize EHS policies and procedures across multiple sites
• Lead OSHA compliance efforts, audits, and regulatory initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance
• Partner with operations leadership to ensure safe, compliant production environments
• Support future growth and structure of the EHS function

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of EHS experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong understanding of OSHA and industrial safety regulations
• Experience with audits, compliance, and multi-site operations
• CSP certification strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Leadership or team management experience is a plus
