Principal Contract Administrator Sector is looking for you to join our team as a Principal Contract Administrator based out of Annapolis Junction, MD or San Antonio, TX . This position will support the rapidly growing businesses in the Cyber and Information Solutions (CIS) Business Unit, specifically the Cyber & Cryptographic Solutions (C&CS) OU. What You’ll Get To Do The job assignment is for production and development programs across multiple customers. The selected candidate will have experience supporting work conducted in classified environments, focused on programs conducting cybersecurity services and development, for both prime contracts and subcontract purchase orders. They will be required to deal effectively with competing priorities/deadline and manage multiple tasks. The candidate must possess the ability to work well with the C&CS Program Directors and Business Managers on high-visibility programs, effectively deal with external customers, and meet the goals/objectives of the program teams. Responsibilities Lead solicitation and RFP review/analysis, proposal preparation, and signoff. Examine estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Negotiate, administer, extend and close standard and nonstandard contracts. Provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Establish successful working relationships with customers via email, telephone and in-person when appropriate. Collaborate effectively with the program team (finance, supply chain, quality & mission assurance, legal, pricing, and compliance) to recommend and complete actions to ensure satisfactory program performance. Work with program business management team to closely monitor contract funding and payments. Advise management of contractual rights and obligations. Compile and analyze data. Maintain historical information including official correspondence. Enter and maintain contract data into Contract Management System and /or Enterprise Resource Planning System. Ensure timely delivery of all contractual deliverables and submission of invoices. Analyze and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, software licensing agreements, and other memoranda. The successful candidate will have the ability to gather, organize, and relay information and collaborate in a team environment; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Business, Law or related work experience or Master’s Degree with 3+ years of Business, Law of related work experience. Will accept 9 years of applied experience in lieu of degree requirement. Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe. Familiarity with contract terms and conditions (FARS and DFARS) in proposal development, negotiation, and contract administration. Understanding of commercial/US Government contractual instruments including contract type, terms and conditions, and contract financing vehicles. Experience with various contract types including Cost-Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Time and Material (T&M) contracts. A current/active U.S. Government TS/SCI is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Full Scope Poly Clearance. US Citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated leadership qualities; ability to start, oversee, and follow-through with major assignments and responsibilities. Primary Level Salary Range Primary Level Salary Range: $85,600.00 - $141,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
