We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to support day-to-day technical operations across the Flavor Factory and build a reliable, high-performing maintenance team on 2nd shift. You ensured work orders, schedules, and downtime details were accurately captured in the CMMS, allowing the team to plan effectively, respond quickly, and follow through with discipline. Safety First: You set the tone for safety every day, modeling the standards and behaviors that keep our people and equipment protected. You proactively addressed unsafe conditions, reinforced safe maintenance practices during troubleshooting and repairs, and helped ensure guards, sensors, and protective devices were functioning as intended. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance leadership role Demonstrated experience reading drawings, ladder logic, mechanical illustrations, schematics, and manuals Demonstrated ability using power, shop, and hand tools Strong CMMS experience (PMs, inventory, scheduling, work orders) Proficiency using a PC and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Lift up to 50 lbs Stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hours Ability to physically perform duties to maintain equipment Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities Ability to flex schedule to support operational needs #J-18808-Ljbffr Torani, Inc
