Estamos abriendo un nuevo restaurante en The Dunes en Promenade en Marina. Lalla Grill y El Charrito operarn juntos bajo un mismo techo - Lalla Grill como restaurante de servicio completo y El Charrito ofreciendo una experiencia ms casual de servicio en mostrador. Ambos compartirn la misma cocina y equipo de cocina (back-of-house), con reas de comedor separadas y patios al aire libre para crear un ambiente vibrante y acogedor.
Estamos buscando un(a) Lavaplatos confiable y trabajador(a) para unirse a nuestro equipo de cocina. Este puesto es esencial para mantener las operaciones funcionando sin problemas, asegurando la limpieza del equipo de cocina, apoyando al equipo culinario y manteniendo un espacio limpio y organizado. Reportars directamente al Chef y trabajars en conjunto con el equipo de cocina para mantener altos estndares de limpieza y eficiencia.

Responsabilidades:
- Lavar, desinfectar y organizar platos, utensilios y equipo de cocina.
- Mantener el rea de lavado limpia, segura y organizada.
- Apoyar con tareas ligeras de preparacin y limpieza segn sea necesario.
- Apoyar las operaciones de cocina y reabastecimiento.
- Seguir todos los estndares de seguridad alimentaria y sanidad.
- Comunicarse eficazmente con el equipo para asegurar un flujo de trabajo eficiente.
Requisitos:
- 1-2 aos de experiencia en restaurante o cocina (preferido).
- Responsable, puntual y capaz de trabajar en un ambiente de ritmo rpido.
- Trabajo en equipo y atencin al detalle.
- Capacidad para estar de pie por largos perodos y levantar hasta 50 libras.
