Primary Therapist

Ikon Recovery Center, located in Northern New Jersey, specializes in drug and alcohol recovery services. Our compassionate team focuses on providing tailored support to meet individuals' unique needs as they work toward lasting sobriety. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Primary Therapist role located in Saddle Brook, NJ. The Primary Therapist will oversee treatment planning, provide individual and group counseling, and help build out programming. Daily responsibilities include addressing chemical dependency and co‑occurring mental health conditions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting patients through all stages of recovery and treatment. Qualifications Proficiency in creating and implementing treatment plans tailored to patient needs Experience in social work and supporting individuals facing chemical dependency issues Knowledge of case management and expertise in dual diagnosis treatment approaches Strong interpersonal and organizational skills A master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field Licensure or certification relevant to the role is required Experience working in addiction recovery or mental health settings is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
