Pharmacy Manager

Role The Pharmacy Manager leads and develops a pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care, promote best practices, and ensure compliance with regulations. Responsibilities Managing pharmacy operations, coaching staff, supporting safe dispensing and immunizations, overseeing inventory, onboarding new team members, and fostering a culture of safety, inclusion, and high performance. Collaborates with store management to maintain talent pipelines and reviews operational reports to improve service and compliance. Qualifications Active pharmacist license, NPI, and 1-2 years of pharmacy experience. Skills include strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, team leadership, and physical ability to perform job duties. Additional duties Ensuring adherence to legal and safety standards, providing clinical services, and supporting team development. Preferred Leadership training or advanced pharmacy experience.
