Role Description This is a part‑time, on‑site Manager On Duty role based in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations to ensure excellent customer experiences and smooth management of the facilities. The Manager On Duty will lead the team during shifts, address and resolve guest concerns efficiently, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment according to the company’s standards. Responsibilities also include training team members, ensuring compliance with operational protocols, and supporting special events or programs hosted at the property. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to supervise, mentor, and support staff effectively. Customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills to foster an exceptional client and guest experience. Experience in operations management, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to protocols and safety guidelines. Organizational and time management abilities to oversee daily activities and coordinate team efforts efficiently. Proficiency in using relevant technology and management systems is beneficial. Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, or recreation management is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in management or related fields are advantageous.
