Business Development Manager- Cleveland

TPC Packaging Solutions is seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned markets and territories. This role is responsible for generating profitable revenue growth through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, relationship development, and market expansion. The ideal candidate is a hunter with a proven ability to uncover opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and deliver customized packaging and automation solutions that create value for customers.

Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned region.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients to establish business relationships.
• Attain volume and profitability targets established for assigned region.
• Serve as the liaison between customers and internal stakeholders including, Procurement, Operations, and Quality.
• Assess and align existing company’s assets, capabilities, and utilization to optimize network and maintain a competitive edge.
• Fosters and works to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture of TPC.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to maintain competitive posturing.
• Represent company at trade shows to further enhance image and develop additional business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in business development or sales
• Experience within the packaging industry strongly preferred
