Job Details Job Location: WESTFIELD - WESTFIELD, NJ 07090, Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 Hourly, Customer Service, Sales, Operations: Full-time, $19.00/hour + Commission + Cash tips Desired Traits Friendly, outgoing personality, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable speaking with customers and making recommendations Job Breakdown 90% customer service and sales 10% site upkeep (cleaning/maintaining) On your feet most of shift Working outdoors Benefits High earnings potential: competitive base pay, commission on sales, daily cash tips, structured bonus program. 401(k) Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and leading by example.
