And you'll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.Key Job ResponsibilitiesThe Data Center Project Engineer will be responsible for:Leading cross-functional communication and coordination between regional general contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless information flow for construction protocols, documentation access, and standardized proceduresDeveloping and maintaining comprehensive tracking systems for design modifications, RFIs, and change orders, creating detailed dashboards with priority levels and deadlines for regional leadership reviewEvaluating Method of Procedure (MOP) submissions for thoroughness, necessity, and risk assessmentManaging vendor onboarding processes, including security credentialing and orientation programsMaintaining current project management software with critical milestone updates, correspondence records, and document controlCoordinating and monitoring owner-furnished material deliveries to ensure timely arrival at construction sitesEstablishing and managing a centralized repository for contractor-supplied construction dataOverseeing quality assurance programs through implementation of various checklists, including substantial completion verification, safety protocols, and quality control measures
