Working under the supervision of a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist, the SLPA plays an essential role in delivering high-quality speech and language services that empower students to reach their full potential. This position offers the opportunity to provide direct intervention, implement individualized treatment plans, collect and document student progress, and support communication goals across educational, residential, vocational, and community settings. Schedule : Monday‑Friday Educational Requirements : Associate's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Audiology from an approved program Bachelor's Degree with a major in Speech‑Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, Audiology, or a related field Bachelor's Degree and completion of a Board‑approved Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant certificate program Associate's, Bachelor's, or advanced degree that includes: At least 18 semester credit hours in Speech‑Language Pathology and/or Audiology; and At least 6 semester credit hours in speech, language, or hearing disorders.
