Onc Patients, sepsis, pre-liver, ventilated pts Oncology experienced not required for this unit. E2: Medical/Oncology ICU We are the only ICU located in 300P. We share our medical ICU population with the M4 ICU. The medicine ICU population includes Sepsis, ARDS, Respiratory Distress, and Hepatic Failure pre transplant. The most common equipment/devices we see in our patient population are ventilators, arctic sun, and CRRT. We are the designated unit for Oncology patients that have ICU needs, so we do see Oncology, BMT, and CAR-T Therapy patients. We do not require specific Oncology experience or certification; however, Oncology experience is a bonus. We also prefer Academic medical center experience in addition to the mandatory 2 years of MICU experience.
