About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Cardiology Critical Care Physician Assistant for a 65-day assignment in NY. This crucial role involves covering night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, working blocks of three or four shifts. The selected candidate will manage patients as the sole night provider within the CT Surgical ICU and Stepdown Unit, requiring comfort with drips and emergency escalations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage patients within a ICU and Stepdown Unit.
• Demonstrate experience with ECMO.
• Serve as the sole provider during night shifts.
• Comfortably manage drips and handle emergency escalations.
• Cover CT Surgical ICU and CT Surgical Stepdown units.
• Procedures are handled by the surgical associate team.

• No call required
• Patients per day: Approximately 17
• LOA: 65 Days
• Cannot accommodate 7-on/7-off scheduling.
