Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time, Contract / Contract-to-Hire

Job Summary

Adecco is hiring for multiple entry-level manufacturing positions, including Assembler I and Machine Operator (Operator I) roles. These positions support the production of electronic control products and plastic components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates will follow detailed work instructions, prioritize safety and quality, and contribute to meeting daily production goals.

These roles are ideal for individuals with manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical aptitude experience—or those looking to get started in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

(Duties may vary slightly by role)

• Assemble electronic control products using job tickets and assembly drawings

• Operate and attend injection molding machines or assembly workstations

• Position, align, trim, and adjust parts for proper fit and finish

• Perform basic testing, inspections, and quality checks

• Record production data and complete daily work orders

• Enter job and production information into systems (ERP or production tracking)

• Sort, count, pack, label, and verify finished products for shipment

• Monitor equipment performance and report defects or malfunctions

• Account for production output and scrap

• Follow all safety policies, quality procedures, and work instructions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred (entry-level candidates considered)

• Basic math and reading skills

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Work Environment / Expectations

• Fast-paced manufacturing setting

• Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks

• Hands-on assembly and/or machine operation

• Emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
