Internal Medicine Physician

Riverside Medical Group is currently seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at Riverside Internal Medicine Williamsburg, located in the Medical Office Building at Riverside Doctors' Hospital in Williamsburg, Virginia. Location: Riverside Internal Medicine Williamsburg Medical Office Building at Riverside Doctors' Hospital Employment Type: Full-Time

In this role, you will provide comprehensive, continuous care to adult patients, with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and holistic health education.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical exams and health assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment and preventive care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Participate in community health initiatives

Primary Care Services Include

• Routine treatment of acute and chronic conditions
• Annual wellness visits and physical exams
• Management of diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, and weight
• Age-appropriate vaccines and immunizations
• Well-woman exams, including birth control counseling

Qualifications

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

Licensure & Certification:

• Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Virginia
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Current DEA registration
