Commercial HVAC Service Technician Senior Commercial HVAC Service TechnicianNashville, TNPerfection Group is hiring a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support our growing Nashville team and customers throughout Middle Tennessee.Were looking for an experienced technician who can independently diagnose complex equipment issues, communicate confidently with customers, and deliver safe, high-quality solutions. Youll work on a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems while helping support the continued growth and development of the team.Paid drive time, a company vehicle, major tools, and continued technical training are provided.What Youll DoTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, split systems, and heat pumpsDiagnose complex mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls-related issuesIdentify necessary repairs, obtain replacement parts, and calibrate equipment according to manufacturer recommendationsExplain equipment conditions, repair needs, and recommended solutions clearly to customersPerform scheduled preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and efficiencyTravel to customer locations throughout Nashville and the Middle Tennessee service areaCoordinate with dispatch and communicate scheduling changes or delays promptlyDocument service calls and resolutions accurately using company software and applicationsParticipate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule, including nights and weekendsMaintain a clean and safe work area, company vehicle, tools, and assigned equipmentParticipate in company- and vendor-provided trainingShare technical knowledge and provide guidance to less-experienced techniciansYou May Be a Great Fit If YouHave five to seven years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experiencePossess strong hands-on knowledge of chillers, boilers, rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, and refrigeration equipmentUnderstand commercial HVAC, electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and controls systemsDiagnose complex problems accurately and develop practical, effective solutionsWork confidently and independently while remaining connected and accountable to the teamCommunicate clearly, consistently, and professionally with customers, dispatch, leadership, and teammatesBuild trust through technical expertise, sound judgment, and dependable follow-throughTake ownership of your schedule, documentation, vehicle, tools, and customer commitmentsTake pride in completing safe, accurate, high-quality workRemain calm and dependable when responding to urgent customer needsEnjoy sharing your experience and helping other technicians growHold a Universal EPA Section 608 certificationHave completed an accredited HVAC technical or trade-school programHave a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid drivers licenseAbout Perfection GroupWe believe a well-managed facility can transform our world.
