Project ArchitectProject Architect (or Job Captain, if unlicensed) opening with a well-established architecture firm in Minneapolis. Permanent/Direct hire position. Available immediately.Job ResponsibilitiesWorking with a team from project inception through all phases of the projectPrepare design drawings, models, and/or specifications as directed by senior staffAble to research and implement jurisdictional zoning, site planning, and building codesIntegrate architectural design and/or models with structural, mechanical and electrical systemsUnderstand and prepare architectural detailing requisite to project document productionParticipate in technical discussions with contractor, consultants, project teams, and clientsCoordination of the team and project through construction phaseWorking closely with the Project Manager and team to coordinate the work effort amongst all internal and external team membersDelivering overall quality consistent with scope, budget and project goalsActively building new and future relationshipsQualifications:Bachelor of Architecture Degree, Professional Architecture Degree a plusProficiency in Revit and BlueBeam is required5-10+ years of professional experience in an architecture firmAbility to both multi-task and be organizedA practiced communicator and presenter, able to articulate ideasStrong client interface skillsA diverse portfolio including Industrial, Warehouse, Corporate, or other Commercial project experienceDetail-oriented with a strategic, big-picture perspectiveEffective team experience working with multiple team membersThis is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $115000.00/yr.This is a fully onsite position in Minneapolis, MN.This position is anticipated to close on Aug 27, 2026.Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
