Compensation Earn between $24 to $36 per hour based on experience. Key Responsibilities Diagnostic Expertise : Diagnose and identify HVAC system issues, troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, propose effective solutions. Maintenance and Repairs : Perform routine maintenance and repairs on furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and heat pumps to ensure efficient operation. Installation and Upgrades : Collaborate with the installation team to set up new HVAC systems and components. Customer Communication : Interact professionally with customers, explain technical information, and provide recommendations. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, maintenance schedules, and recommendations. Preferred Qualifications Journeyman or Master Technician License. At least 1 year of relevant HVAC experience. EPA Certification. Appliance Connection and Service Endorsement. Requirements Valid driver's license and a relatively clean driving record. Willingness to work after hours and occasional weekends as needed. Ability to sit, stand, and work for extended periods in all weather conditions. Basic mechanical aptitude. Basic computer skills.
