Opportunity Description
We work with physicians seeking to:
- Start a new private practice
- Transition from employment to ownership
- Convert an existing practice to a supported model

Physician Responsibilities
- Provide care within the physician's specialty scope
- Develop professional relationships within the medical community.
- MedCBO coordinates payer credentialing with physician participation as required.
- Determine clinical services offered
- Manage clinical quality and patient experience
- Practice formation coordination
- Billing and collections management
- Payer contract negotiation
- Financial infrastructure and reporting
- Operational workflows and staffing systems
- Technology platform and implementation
- MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided
- Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable
- Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates
- No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice
- Interest in the independent practice model

- Leadership or program development interest
