Senior Investment Finance Associate

Join a premier Boston investment management firm and take the next step beyond public accounting. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to investment accounting, financial reporting, cross-functional projects, and technology-driven process improvements within a collaborative, high-performing finance team. Responsibilities Prepare financial statements, investor reporting, NAV calculations, and allocation schedules. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and investment-related analysis. Interpret partnership agreements related to capital activity, fees, carried interest, and distributions. Partner with Investment Operations, FP&A, Investor Relations, and external fund administrators. Help drive process improvements through automation, AI tools, and technology enhancements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2–4 years of public accounting (audit or tax preferred) or financial reporting experience. Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities. CPA, CFA, or progress toward certification preferred. Experience with Power BI, Python, Alteryx, or AI tools is a plus. Why Join?
