As a Line Cook at Athenian Grill, your role will be vital in ensuring our guests enjoy authentic, high-quality food. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking food according to our recipes and standards.
• Setting up, stocking, and maintaining kitchen stations throughout your shift.
• Ensuring food quality, presentation, and proper portioning.
• Keeping kitchen and prep areas clean and organized.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
• Assisting with opening, closing, and daily kitchen duties.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Supporting team members during busy service periods.

To succeed in this role, we’re seeking candidates who bring:

• At least 1 year of kitchen or restaurant experience (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• The ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties.
• Food Handler Certification (a plus but not mandatory).
