Make a difference in the lives of students and support their communication growth in an engaging learning environment as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist. This position offers the opportunity to work onsite at an elementary school with a manageable caseload, helping students achieve their communication and academic goals throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP State License and Educator Certification required
• SLP-CCC certification strongly preferred
• Previous experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations is advantageous
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 elementary students
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate documentation
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to integrate therapy goals
• Communicate progress and intervention plans to families and appropriate school personnel
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in speech and language development

This contract position follows a traditional school schedule, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, from early August 2026 through late May 2027. You’ll play a vital part in fostering language, social, and academic development for students in a supportive academic setting.
