Oracle Cloud OIC, VBCS and PCS Lead

Job Title: Oracle Cloud Job Location: Richmond VA Duration: 12 Months Work Arrangement: Hybrid Customer is seeking a talented and experienced, highly skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Lead Consultant with expertise in middleware tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Process Cloud Service (PCS). The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and have experience leading technical teams in implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is highly desired. As a Technical Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud projects. Responsibilities Design, develop and provide hands‑on support for developing integrations/extensions in OIC/VBCS/PCS/SQL/PL‑SQL. Ability to design and implement integration components between enterprise systems. Responsible for mapping business processes to support applications, defining the data entities, selecting integration technology components and patterns, and designing the integration. Run diagnostic tests and resolve issues to enhance performance or interfaces in Oracle Integration Cloud. Design and develop custom applications using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to extend Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities. Design and develop custom forms, user interfaces, and dashboards using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to enhance user experience and facilitate data entry and visualization. Configure and customize Process Cloud Service (PCS) to automate business processes and workflows. Integrate Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) applications with other Oracle Fusion Cloud modules and external systems using RESTful APIs and web services. Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience using Sandbox tools such as Application Composer and Page Composer, and ability to write Groovy scripts. Create and migrate business rules using VBCS Express and advanced modes in Oracle Fusion applications. Ensure auditing compliance across Oracle infrastructure and security. Utilize in‑depth knowledge of technological alternatives and directions, business systems and requirements, conduct independent analyses and reviews of technical and business requirements. Drive the technical transition of Oracle HCM suite from classic UI to Redwood as per the organizational roadmap guidelines. Document requirements/features as prescribed in AIM/OUM methodology. Work independently, schedule time efficiently, and set priorities in a diverse stakeholders’ environment. Communicate and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
