Medical Assistant (ENT)
Join our team as a Medical Assistant specializing in Otolaryngology (ENT) and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct patient intake by documenting medical histories and measuring vital signs
- Prepare examination rooms and assist physicians during procedures
- Oversee patient scheduling and follow-up appointments
- Ensure accurate maintenance of medical records
- Educate patients on treatment plans and post-visit care instructions
What We Need To See
- Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program
- At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, ideally within an ENT or similar specialty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and basic office software
