\nBeauty clients by achieving sales goals, executing
\ncounter plans, and building clientele portfolios.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Provide exceptional customer service and experience to all clients \n
- Listen considerately to customer needs and create customized solutions that uphold the Victoria Beckham Beauty standards \n
- Achieve sales goals and specific KPIs while striving to overachieve all standards \n
- Uphold Victoria Beckham Beauty image and counter hygiene standards \n
- Adhere to all VBB policies and best practices including Time & Attendance, Grooming, Meal & Rest Breaks, etc. \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- 2+yrs in sales, preferably in luxury and beauty \n
- Makeup artistry skills preferred \n
- Passionate about the luxury beauty environment, artistry and selling/clienteling \n
- Demonstrated excellence in delivering exceptional service to clients \n
- Proven ability to productively achieve goals \n
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building and strong problem solving skills \n
- Collaborative and driven to succeed individually and as a team \n
- Self-reliant and driven; able to work in both a fast paced and slower environment \n
