The TA is responsible for obeying all transportation safety guidelines and ensuring resident safety while assisting them to enter and exit Company vehicles. The TA coordinates to ensure that all resident appointments can be met and works with the nursing department to ensure that accompanying nursing staff members are present when required. The TA must be familiar with and follow all traffic rules and regulations. Requirements Valid, Unrestricted Driver’s License Acceptable Driving History without Serious Violations Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain) Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing Tuberculosis Testing Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire) Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English Summary Haven Health is the largest rural healthcare provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation throughout Arizona.
