Junior Marketing Assistant

Why this role exists:  This is an entry-level, on-site position that provides entry-level administrative and hands-on support for marketing campaigns and events. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others.

This is a hands-on, in-person position. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.

A typical day may include:

1. Prepare materials, schedules, and campaign resources

2. Assist at onsite promotions and events

3. Interact professionally with customers and attendees

4. Maintain organized records and team follow-up
