Our current portfolio includes Sorrel River Ranch in Moab, Utah, and BIBA Social Club, Hotel & Restaurants in West Palm Beach, Florida , with additional projects under development.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team and support the financial operations of our properties.

Position Overview

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounts payable process across Corrado Properties and its portfolio of hospitality and real estate assets.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working with a variety of vendors, property teams, invoices, and expense categories. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, communicates effectively, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.

• Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, supporting documentation, and accuracy.

• Code expenses to the appropriate property, department, and general ledger account.

• Process vendor payments through ACH, checks, and other approved payment methods.

• Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation, including W-9s and payment information.

• Reconcile vendor statements and research and resolve discrepancies.

• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payment status, and account questions.

• Work closely with property management, operations, purchasing, and accounting teams.

• Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure payments are processed according to established deadlines.

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

• Prepare AP reports and provide supporting documentation as requested.

• Assist with property-level expense tracking and financial reporting.

• Maintain organized and accurate AP records.

• Support internal and external audits as needed.

• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and financial information.

• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience.

• Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or real estate accounting experience is a plus.

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple properties, vendors, and competing deadlines.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Professional, dependable, and proactive approach to work.

• Experience working in a growing or entrepreneurial organization is a plus.
