Qualifications Demonstrated ability in legal research, analysis, and practical application of state and federal law. Strong skills in legal writing, including drafting pleadings, motions, contracts, and formal correspondence. Effective client communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues clearly and maintain professional relationships. Solid organizational and case management skills, including time management, deadline tracking, and attention to detail. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Michigan (or eligibility for admission within a defined timeframe). Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and adherence to professional rules of conduct. Ability to work collaboratively in an office setting and contribute to a respectful, inclusive work environment.
