What You'll Do

As a production associate, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and on time. You'll work alongside a team that values hard work, accountability, and taking care of one another.

Available shifts and hours:

1st shift - 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

2nd shift - 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

3rd shift - 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

Hourly pay rate: $16/hour + shift prem for 2nd/3rd $.50

Key responsibilities include:

• Safely operating production equipment and tools
• Assembling, repairing, or processing pallets and related materials
• Following all safety procedures and proactively identifying hazards
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Meeting productivity and quality expectations
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and teammates
• Supporting continuous improvement efforts

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not required

Work Environment

• Our facilities are not climate controlled
• Comfortable working in hot summer and cold winter conditions
• Physical requirements include standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion throughout the shift
